Our menu offers a International-inspired cuisine, built from ideas, flavours, and recipes discovered in different parts of the world and reinterpreted in the unique style of The Sabadell Star. We work with unique ingredients, many of them selected for their authenticity and quality, and we prepare the vast majority of our dishes in-house. The result is a carefully crafted, balanced, and nuanced gastronomic offering, designed to be savoured at a leisurely pace.
